Xu Yifan

Xu Yifan (, born 8 August 1988 in Tianjin) is a Chinese female professional tennis player playing on the ITF and WTA Women's Circuits. She reached her current and highest WTA (Women's Tennis Association) Singles ranking of No.148 on 13 July 2015. She also reached her current and highest WTA (Women's Tennis Association) Doubles ranking of No.38 in the world as of 10 August 2015. She was a finalist in Women's Doubles at the 2008 China Open in Beijing, and Quarterfinalist at the 2014 US Open in Women's Doubles.
==2011==
Xu posted good results at the 2011 Guangzhou International Women's Open where she fought her way from the qualifying draw unseeded, defeating 7th seed Wang Qiang and 10th seed Chan Chin-Wei to qualify. In the first round, she lost to Mandy Minella.
